Password Policy Enforcement
Administrators can design a robust password policy to protect the data from unapproved activity. Administrators can:
- Force users to change their password the first time they log in;
- Request users to change their password after a set period of time;
- Requires 2-step verification method on every device as extra security;
- Set strength level for passwords;
- Enable “I Forgot My Password” option;
- Lock users out after consecutive failed login attempts;
- Configure inactivity timeout period; and
- Log users out completely after additional inactivity.

ChildPlus lets you control which data fields are required in each module. You can also see who is logging into the system and any changes they make.
- Choose from full access, read only access, and no access options;
- Set fields as required or recommended;
- Users receive a warning when an important field is left blank;
- Sign in/out log ensures accountability; and
- Monitor data changes with the Audit Log.

Keep Photos and Documents Confidential
Photos never save to your device.
With ChildPlus, keeping your children and families photos and documents private has never been easier. When you take a picture of a participant or their personal data from ChildPlus, that photo will only be saved in your database. This confidential data is never stored on your device.
