Can I change the number of licenses on our subscription?
Yes, you can change the number of licenses on your subscription at any point. To increase or decrease licenses, contact salesadmin@childplus.com to request a quote for the new amount. Complete the order form and return it to salesadmin@childplus.com or fax (404) 252-7337.
How do I update my agency’s contact information?
You can fill out the form below and provide the new contact information. You can also email salesadmin@childplus.com or call (800) 888-6674 and speak to an account representative.
How does the subscription services work?
ChildPlus is an annual subscription for our Head Start data management software, which means you can use the software for 12-months, unless another term has been agreed to by both parties.
How do I find out when my subscription ends?
To find out when your subscription ends, open ChildPlus and go to Setup. Click Data Utilities and then License Information. Your expiration date will be shown at the top of the screen. You can also find this information on your previous year’s subscription paperwork, or call (800) 888-6674 or email salesadmin@childplus.com to find out.
How do I find out how many licenses I’m actually using?
To find out how many licenses you’re using, open ChildPlus and go to Setup. Click Data Utilities and then License Information. Your number of enrolled participants will be shown at the top of the screen. Below you will see the number of licensed participants, or the number of licenses you are paying for. You can also call (800) 888-6674 and ask for Support.
How do I renew my ChildPlus subscription?
You will receive a renewal invoice by mail and email 45 - 60 days prior to your contract expiring. This allows your accounting department ample time to pay the invoice or send your purchase order. Payment needs to be made payable to ChildPlus Software, 303 Perimeter Center North, Ste 400, Atlanta, GA 30346-2487. Purchase orders can be mailed to us, emailed to salesadmin@childplus.com, or faxed (404) 252-7337 to renew your subscription.

Do you charge sales tax?
ChildPlus charges sales tax in 5 states: Alabama, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Washington. If your agency is tax-exempt, please send a copy of your tax-exempt form to salesadmin@childplus.com or fax (404) 252-7337.

Can I cancel my subscription?
While we would hate to see you go, we understand that things sometimes happen. You can cancel your subscription by sending an email to salesadmin@childplus.com that states your organization does not wish to renew your contract. We still consider you part of the ChildPlus community and will do everything we can to assist you with your transition. If it’s helpful to you, we will be happy to continue storing, free of charge, any of your ChildPlus primary or archive databases on our servers allowing you access to them for archive purposes indefinitely.

Yes, we’re happy to work with you whether your grant money hasn’t come in yet or you need your subscription end date extended. Call us at (800) 888-6674 or email salesadmin@childplus.com, and we’ll walk you through your options.
