LiveSupport with Splashtop

To begin a LiveSupport session, please visit Splashtop’s website, and this small program will automatically begin downloading. After launching Splashtop, a unique 9-digit code will be generated for your session. Give this code to your ChildPlus customer support representative so they can connect to your computer.
