Specific DRDP Reports for Teacher Progress

The first 90 days of any program term are critically important to Head Start staff and children alike.
DRDP Reports are here to help Educators stay on top of capturing observations, noting baseline behaviors, and planning meaningful activities.

Report 5004 – Observation Counts by Child
Collecting observations across all DRDP Domains and Measures for each child is one way to make sure you have appropriate information for an accurate assessment of their progress. Try reviewing the 5004 every 2 weeks during the first 90 days to identify which domains and measures you need to observe for each child.

Report 5040 – Group Detail Report
Well before the end of the first Assessment Period when data is Finalized, Educators can Rate measures and adjust the ratings as additional evidence is collected. Doing so makes the 5040 a great resource for lesson planning! Consider using this report every 2 weeks to identify measures for which most of your children need support (Large Group Activities), those that are needed by a handful of children (Small Group Activities), and those measures only a few children need (Individualizations).

Report 5020 – Child Rating Record
As Educators add Evidence to each child’s Portfolio and Rate the measures, they can use the 5020 to gain an understanding of each child’s current strengths and needs and identify areas for individualization.
