Note: Make sure you start this process early by following steps to download RingCentral before the day of the Webcast and arrive in the webcast before the 2 p.m. start.

1. Set-up RingCentral

Before the webcast begins, ensure you have RingCentral Meetings downloaded on your device. Click here to download RingCentral!

2. Open Your Confirmation Email

You will receive a confirmation email the Monday before each Webcast. If you sign up after the initial webcast confirmation email is sent, then another will be sent out Tuesday evening before the webcast on Wednesday. This email contains your FREE informational packet and the link to join the webcast.

3. Click the Webcast URL

To be directed right to the webcast, click the provided “Take Me to the Webcast!” link on your confirmation email.

4. Grab Your Packet

Make sure you have your FREE informational packet handy so you can take notes! You will receive it in your confirmation email two days before the webcast.

5. Enjoy the Webcast

We highly suggest joining the webcast several minutes before start time to ensure RingCentral is properly downloaded.

The webcast will start promptly at 2 PM EST.
